Danny is an extremely engaging and patient coach who truly takes the time to understand your needs. I wanted to transition from CrossFit into Ironman and we worked together on how I could best do this. He supported me in the following ways 1) Nutrition, I needed to drop size and over the last 2 months have dropped nearly 4 KG's while maintaining muscle with plenty of energy to train. 2) Medical Acupuncture & Massage; where I have experienced soreness or injury Danny has used a variety of therapies to restore to health 3) Online Training Tool to support my training planning and goals. Highly recommend

Katha hat mit ihren wundervollen online Stunde die Coronazeit großartig überbrückt. Ihre Stunden sind liebevoll aufgebaut, holen jeden auf seinem Level ab und hinterlassen ein Lächeln auf den Gesichtern der Teilnehmer. Auch im online Modus habe ich mich jederzeit gut unterrichtet gefühlt, Katha hat immer ein Auge auf die korrekte Ausführung und kann auch aus der Ferne super korrigieren. Die Kurse finden meist auf Englisch statt, womit jeder die Möglichkeit hat daran teilzunehmen. Ich kann Kathas Stunden von Herzen empfehlen.

I have visited a few different yoga classes on the island, but these ones are definitely my favourite. Excellent teacher, small groups and a great location by the water.

She is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her because the experience I’ve had was incredible!

I booked one to one yoga sessions with Liana which now is an absolute must every time I return to Spain. She has a very centred and calming energy which slows my own energy down. From there her voice and movement offers a soothing guidance which helps me ground and land back into my body. She holds honour and reverence for the body, and for the practice of yoga, and this always brings me back into a loving connection with my own.
